About Me
I’m a Charleston real estate agent who has been helping buyers and sellers throughout the Lowcountry since earning my real estate license in 2013. Over the past 13 years, I’ve closed 280+ homes representing more than $104 million in sales, with experience ranging from first-time buyers and traditional residential sales to luxury homes, land, and multimillion-dollar equestrian properties.
Real estate is a family business for me. I’m an agent with The Charleston Property Company, a locally owned firm operated by my family, who also owns one of Charleston’s established property management companies overseeing approximately 500 homes. I’m also the daughter of a retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel, and the values I grew up with - discipline, accountability, hard work, and follow-through - are the same ones I bring to my clients every day.
I believe great real estate representation is about more than opening doors or putting a sign in the yard. I’m hands-on throughout the entire process, from pricing and negotiations to professional photography, video, staging, and social media marketing. I’ve also built a trusted network of Charleston-area lenders, inspectors, attorneys, contractors, and other professionals to help my clients navigate every step with confidence.
As an equestrian myself, I have a particular passion for horse properties, acreage, and land, but whether I’m selling a condo or a multimillion-dollar estate, my approach is the same: provide knowledgeable advice, strong representation, and a strategy tailored to you and your property.
Charleston is my home, and giving back to my community is important to me. A portion of my commission supports HOPE Acres Rescue, a local nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating horses in need.
